I wrote NEW DAY at a very crucial point in life, where it felt like 24 hours was not enough to achieve much (I know right, such an audacity). Then it dawned on me, that time truly is limited. It is not the maximum of hours one has, but the maximum of things one can achieve within the given ''minimum'' hours. That is what matters. 
Life on earth is time bound and every given second, minute, hour, day, week, month, and year counts. 
You may not be moving as fast as desired, but as long as you are not giving in to apathy and the temptation to withdraw from the pursuit of your God given assignment, you are making steady progress (known or unknown to you). 
This song is dedicated to every one at war with discouragement, unforgiveness, fear of the unknown and the struggles that comes with being consistent.
A new day may mean different things to diverse people. 
However, I hope NEW DAY inspires us to take the necessary risks, feed our focus, start that new business, begin life again (if we have to) regardless of our age, and try again no matter how many times we may have failed. 
Let us give God a chance again, irrespective of how religion may have failed us.
Let us give life a chance. Suicide is not an option. 
Let us live and live again even when the deathbed has beckoned on us several times.
NEW DAY means survival, growth and endurance. It also means enjoying this process and keeping hope alive that there is light at the end of the tunnel.
