It can be frustrating the  urge that most of us get to please others, and the desire we have to get things moving in  particular way that we want. We get shattered when things don't go the way we expect. But it is ideal that we appreciate where we are. With love for God, our neighbors and ourselves, we can overcome depression whether on a mild level or on a serious level. Trying your utmost best to be perfect is perfect enough.
