20 times we are told to 'ASK' in the New Testament! (@jaysmoke)
Blog20 times, we are told to ask in the New Testament and it will be done. The question is, what are you asking for and is it in line with His will for you? I've come to understand that everything that happens to you happens because God allowed it, so it's really pointless crying and worrying over stuff, because at the end of the day if I don't stop believing, everything will work out for my good.
So I don't go about worried about anything, I ASK and I believe He will make it happen when it's time.
The bible says "And if we know that he hear us, whatsoever we ask, we know that we have the petitions that we desired of him. 1 John 5:15 KJV"
If we know...
"I like to replace all the instances of know with BELIEVE. It also means some don't truly believe that God hear us, but, IF you believe that WHATSOEVER we ask"
...that means you can ask for anything, it can even be as silly as what to eat today or what time to sleep. Whatsoever you ask, we believe that we HAVE the petitions that we desired of him. Before it's even granted, we have faith that it's done, so we walk as people who have received rather than people who don't have and are waiting.
Shalom! 🙏🏾
