I saw a post recently about YouTube shutting down TB Joshua's YouTube channel following the allegations against him. Honestly it was really disturbing to see a secular network take such drastic measures against a powerful man of God and there's nothing they can do about it but beg.

It got me thinking once again about our dependent on these secular platforms. Yes, it's a tool to evangelize, but are we really using them for that or we have become totally consumed by them? How many churches rely on YouTube to stream their weekly services to their millions of members? How many Christian rely on YouTube to get access to Christian music etc? How many Christians rely on Facebook and Instagram to promote their businesses? How many Christians use WhatsApp to stay in touch with loved ones? I can go on and on and on, but you probably got the point. 

So my thing is this, if these channels are taken away from you by force, if the Anti-Christ demands you bow down to him/her or you would be cut off from these platforms, you won't have access to your socials, you won't be able to keep in touch with family and friends online, your businesses will suffer, and you will be in the dark....will you bow or will you refuse and be cut off?

This might seem crazy now, but this could be a real thing in the near future, my question to all of us, Christians, is, are we preparing? The Anti-Christ is coming, and he will have demands, will you be able to resist and suffer the consequences or you will give in?

I leave with this scripture spoken by the Lord himself in Luke‬ ‭21:23‬ ‭NLT‬‬

[23] How terrible it will be for pregnant women and for nursing mothers in those days. For there will be disaster in the land and great anger against this people.

I pray God gives us the strength, wisdom and community to be able to sail through those very dark days.
