Look, whoever said this Christian walk is soft and easy, lied to you. From....

- praying daily for long periods, 

- fasting periodically just to seek His face, 

- refusing to pay evil with evil,

- fighting temptations all around us, 

- giving even when you don't have, 

- turning the other cheek and acting oblivious, 

- being nice to your enemies

There's no doubt this Christian walk is anything but soft nor easy. But we are admonished to do these things. It might seem foolish, watching all your peers move up in life, doing one shady thing or the other and you are not progressing, because you choose to do it the God way. It's ok to question God and vent your frustration, it's fine to ask "why me". It's ok but don't give up. Our rewards is not of this earth but in heaven and I am sure Jesus is super proud of you.
